Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Ambassador at Schulte, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every guest has a memorable experience at our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and authentic greetings to guests upon arrival
  • Review arrival lists daily and prepare welcome amenities
  • Escort VIPs to their rooms and check them in prior to arrival
  • Answer phone calls within three rings and respond to guest inquiries
  • Count and reconcile cash at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed and report any discrepancies to management
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Assist with lobby activation as needed
  • Handle guest PPI data with care and follow proper procedures
  • Communicate key points to ensure a Graduate Arrival experience
  • Follow through on guest requests and resolve complaints in a professional manner
  • Participate in the Front Desk upsell program
  • Retrieve necessary identification documents and payment upon guest arrival

Requirements:
  • Prior customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
