What You'll Do

Are you a Financial Analyst looking for an opportunity to utilize your expertise to create new forecasting and reporting capabilities?

If so, considering joining our Financial Planning and Analysis team as a Financial Analyst IV or V Our team creates financial forecasts and analyze financial results for our Business Owner Solutions segment.

We are looking for this person to build out and support the financial analysis for Non-Qualified business by:
  • Working directly with management team to identify and understand the reporting needs.
  • Independent completion and analysis of projects, including gathering and organizing information and financial analysis.
  • Reporting on progress and results, then present results to appropriate audience.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and make recommendations to do so, including the development and implementation of new procedures.
  • Collaborating with other teams, including data teams and cross-BU partners, to research and problem solve.
  • Building strong relationship between business and finance teams.
  • Works toward the development of staff, including self, by expanding knowledge of department, line of business, and industry.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent; degree in math, actuarial science, finance preferred
  • 4+ of relevant experience resulting in strong financial acumen including understanding of balance sheets and income statements
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem solving, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship building, customer service and organizational skills
  • Embrace and understand the change process, and effectively guides others through change
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets and database, including data analysis experience
  • Experience with PowerBI design and reporting is preferred
Job Level

We'll consider talent at both the Financial Analyst IV and Financial Analyst V levels depending upon relevant experience.

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

$ $182400 / year
Time Off Program

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
