Financial Planning and Analysis:
Collaborate on financial planning and budgeting processes, partnering with operational leaders to formulate financial strategies within set targets.
Evaluate financial statements and data, presenting insights through detailed reports and visualizations.
Examine operational results and collaborate with leadership to identify key performance drivers.
Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations.
Compile and summarize data to construct comprehensive financial models and forecasts.
Utilize data to propose solutions to challenges and independently make informed decisions.
Present findings to leadership and offer recommendations based on financial and business outcomes.
Understand key business drivers and metrics, providing financial guidance through analytical evaluations.

Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum of two years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, analytics, or accounting-related fields.
