About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and sales skills. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop strategies for growing revenue streams through renewal management, cross-sell, and up-sell of new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Small Business clients to conduct needs-based assessments and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Meet KPI requirements for talk time, dials, defect rates, credit card percent, handle time, and discount rates.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals while observing all compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements
- An associate's degree is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in inside sales or related fields.
- Possess strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Show an ownership mindset and be proactive in driving success.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
