Job Title: Marine Coordinator

SubCom is seeking a highly skilled Marine Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Bid and Proposal Teams, you will be responsible for preparing marine costs and documentation to support our proposals.

Responsibilities:
  • Review customer requirements and ensure compliance with our standards.
  • Develop and manage marine proposals, including cost estimates and schedules.
  • Collaborate with our proposal team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Utilize computer software to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates.
  • Generate marine schedules and submit to the Project Manager for inclusion in the Plan of Work.
  • Prepare marine proposal presentations and documentation for submission to the Purchaser.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the marine industry, preferably in project coordination.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Experience with technical writing, math, and statistics, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
