Job Summary

Crofton Industries is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boat Captain to join our team. As a key member of our marine operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vessels, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Command and operate vessels in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Supervise and train crew members to ensure they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and maintenance checks to ensure the vessel is in good working condition.
  • Develop and implement effective operational plans to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Valid Master Captain License
  • Extensive experience in marine operations, including towing and vessel management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Knowledge of maritime regulations and industry standards
