Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

As a Financial Operations Specialist at Brickred Systems, you will play a crucial role in managing trade terms, including discounts and payment conditions, using SAP and JBA systems to support our marketplace partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage trade terms, order accuracy, and manual discount requests to ensure seamless partner experience.
  • Conduct annual partner reviews and oversee special projects to drive business growth.
  • Monitor inquiries in the shared inbox and ensure SOX compliance to maintain a secure and transparent environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, and Operations, to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Sales Operations.
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • SAP/JBA experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to drive business success.
