Job Title: Compensation Program Manager

At Adobe, we're passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful digital experiences. We're seeking a highly skilled Compensation Program Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our compensation strategy.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are dedicated to creating exceptional employee experiences. As a Compensation Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation programs that align with our company's strategic objectives.

You will work closely with our Employee Experience team to develop and execute compensation strategies that support our business goals. This includes providing technical, analytical, and administrative support to short- and long-term incentive programs, as well as leading the design and execution of Adobe's retention strategies and Total Direct Compensation (TDC) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical, analytical, and administrative support to short- and long-term incentive programs
  • Lead the design and execution of Adobe's retention strategies and Total Direct Compensation (TDC) initiatives
  • Prepare a variety of compensation analyses, financial models, forecasts, reports, and presentations targeted to senior leaders and executives
  • Collaborate with the Talent Management team to deliver bonus program education connected to our overall performance strategy to all employees
  • Provide ad hoc compensation consulting support to the Compensation Partnering team
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of global compensation experience
  • Experience working with compensation program design, competitive market analysis, forecasting trends/costs and modeling outcomes
  • Familiarity with compensation compliance rules globally
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong Analytical skills and problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills with the capability to influence and collaborate effectively
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective verbal, and written communication skills
  • Collaborative team player
  • Resourceful self-starter
  • Proficiency with HRIS, Workday preferred, and market analysis tools
