Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our rapidly expanding team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for closing sales with pre-qualified leads and driving revenue growth to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Update customer information in our CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data.
  • Generate repeat business by persistently following up with existing customers via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication.
  • Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure customer acquisition goals are met.
  • Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client's needs are met.
  • Encourage potential clients to purchase premium products and close the best possible deal.
  • Work a scheduled 40-hour work week to prospect, clients, and attend training/coaching sessions.
  • Track weekly goals to measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks.
Qualifications:
  • Must have excellent communication, presentation, customer service, and listening skills.
  • At least one year of experience as a sales representative.
  • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent phone skills and ability to set appointments.
  • Comfortable memorizing and delivering call scripts.
  • Excellent customer service and listening abilities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Able to meet and exceed goals.
  • Proficient with computers and able to effectively work with spreadsheets and client management software.
