Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and client retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address client needs and pain points
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients
  • Deliver regular updates and progress reports to senior leadership on account performance and progress towards goals
  • Maintain accurate records and data on client interactions and account performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university and at least 1 year of Account Management Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, preferably business to business

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
