We are seeking a highly skilled Program Support Specialist to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our programs and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide program analysis and management support for multiple programs, including day-to-day analysis and management.
- Create detailed briefings for internal and stakeholder use to plan and define program needs.
- Develop program status reports, program briefings, and program documentation.
- Participate and assist program leadership with managing efforts of large cross-functional teams to meet program milestone decision reviews.
- Serve as an acquisition milestone subject matter expert providing guidance to multiple ACAT 1, 2, 3, and 4, modification programs, and new start programs in areas such as milestone decision processes and development of required documentation and briefing materials.
- Experience with office acquisition strategy or lifecycle, and milestone decision efforts of Adaptive Acquisition Framework, Army Modification Program, and Army Operation of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework.
- Experience with Adaptive Acquisition Framework Document Identification Tool (AAFDID).
- Experience with providing acquisition support and guidance to ACAT 1 & 2.
- Experience leading acquisition activities for new start programs in areas, such as milestone decision processes and development of required documentation and briefing materials.
- Knowledge of Acquisition policies, regulations, and requirements, including DODD, DODI, DODI, DODI, and Army Modification Program (AR).
- Ability to serve as a subject matter expert on acquisition strategy and milestone decision efforts.
- Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Risk Management.
- Experience with U.S. Army Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT).
- Experience with the HQ Department of the Army Task Management Tool (TMT).
- Experience with providing acquisition support and guidance to ACAT 3 & 4 programs.
- Knowledge of Strategic Planning and Requirements Management.
- Knowledge of Cost, Data, and Risk Analysis.
