We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at A Peace of Mind Caregivers. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, coordinating home care services, and maintaining office operations.
Responsibilities- Administrative Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the owner and team members.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Client Services:
- Manage and update client records.
- Coordinate with caregivers and clients to ensure schedules and care plans are adhered to.
- Assist with the onboarding and training of new caregivers.
- Office Management:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Business Support:
- Assist with various tasks related to the home care business.
- Support marketing and client outreach initiatives.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the owner.
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Compensation:
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
