- Coordinate the general operations of the STOC and demonstrate a wide range of general nursing knowledge
- Act as a mentor and role model for caregivers in development of problem-solving, assertiveness, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 2 years experience as a Charge Nurse
- 5 years Staff nurse experience
- Master's Degree
- 2 years recent experience in a related clinical area of nursing with demonstrated clinical knowledge and leadership qualities
