Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Conduct thorough policy analysis to ensure coverage adequacy and competitiveness, and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals to clients and prospects, including coverage comparisons, pricing, and terms and conditions.
  • Handle all aspects of policy renewals, from gathering updated information to negotiating pricing and terms with carriers.
  • Issue certificates and endorsements as required, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
  • Collaborate with various teams within the organization to provide comprehensive service to clients and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically in property and casualty.
  • Proven ability in client management and account management, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Extensive experience with certificates, endorsements, policy analysis, proposals, and renewals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess risk and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools.
  • A Property & Casualty license is required and a professional designation such as CIC, CPCU, or ARM is highly desirable.
