Job Summary:

Arch Amenities Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our spa and fitness areas, ensuring a exceptional experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the spa, locker rooms, fitness room, and pool area, adhering to our high standards of quality and excellence.
  • Restock linens and supplies in locker rooms and guest areas, ensuring a seamless experience for our members and guests.
  • Clean and sanitize all wet areas, bathrooms, and grooming areas throughout the day, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Distribute and place linens in treatment rooms, workout areas, and other designated areas, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
  • Escort members and guests to changing areas, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Explain the setup and workings of the locker rooms, bathrooms, and showers to members and guests, providing clear and concise information.
  • Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linen, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all areas are clean and replenish supplies as needed, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Become knowledgeable about our facility and its amenities, enabling you to effectively communicate with members and guests.
  • Greet each and every guest with a smile and direct eye contact, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Inform facility management of any member, guest, or facility issues, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
  • Report any incidents or accidents to a member of the management team, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing needs.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Ability to communicate effectively with members and guests, ensuring clear and concise information
  • Efficient, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational, with a positive attitude
  • Professional manner, discretion, and appearance, maintaining a high level of integrity
  • Strong team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Ability to stand for long periods, with occasional lifting and bending
  • Medium work, exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently and 10 pounds of force constantly
  • Ability to operate various tools and equipment, including mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning supplies
  • Exposure to noise, wet and humid conditions, fumes, odors, dust, chemical, mechanical, and electrical hazards
