About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. They will also be required to work closely with our administrative team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

  • Prepares kits for mail outs to clients
  • Completes verification/pre-submission calls
  • Checks email accounts throughout the day
  • Answers incoming calls and triages appropriately
  • Provides outstanding customer service to current clients

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of administrative experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Database software, Internet software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software is also required.
