Key Responsibilities

In the role of Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding service and customer satisfaction by overseeing restaurant operations and guiding team members during your shifts. You will hold full responsibility for restaurant functions in the absence of upper management.

Primary Duties

  • Ensure team members provide exceptional service to meet customer expectations
  • Assist management in training and developing team members
  • Effectively utilize AES systems to manage restaurant operations during all shifts
  • Implement controls for the restaurant, particularly in cash handling and inventory management
  • Set and achieve targets for service, operations, and financial performance

Requirements

  • Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Should be ServSafe certified or eligible for certification
  • Ability to work in various temperatures
  • Capable of standing for extended periods
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50lbs
  • Proficient in climbing ladders for maintenance tasks
  • Demonstrating flexibility in various motions such as bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching
