+ Conduct regular site evaluations and quality assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and Banfield's operational excellence.

+ Collaborate with the Director of Veterinary Quality to build a strong veterinary team through effective recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.

+ Achieve veterinary quality KPIs to support organizational goals and objectives.

+ Work with the Regional P&O Co-Pilot and Director of Veterinary Quality to identify and cultivate future leaders within the practice.
+ Implement strategies to improve doctor engagement and retention, reducing turnover risk while supporting certified veterinary technicians.
+ Manage medical equipment inventory and functionality, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with standards.
+ Collaborate with Practice Managers to oversee medical equipment maintenance and calibration.
+ Engage with local, state, and national veterinary organizations to strengthen relationships within the veterinary community and enhance Banfield's reputation.
+ Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements at the facility level, including controlled substance management and safety protocols.
