Customer Experience Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at On Tops Roofing. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to conduct roof inspections and quotes.
- Follow up with customers throughout the process to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Work closely with management to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement changes.
- Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies and planning team events.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and calm tense situations.
- Attention to detail in recording and documenting customer interactions and inquiries.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn our software platforms.
