Key Responsibilities
  • Support the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, providing them with exceptional service and support.
  • Manage communication across the space, ensuring seamless interactions with students and colleagues.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our space, including managing student arrivals, departures, and summer turnarounds.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback, providing solutions and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Intermediate skills in using MS Office and online systems/databases.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and cultural diversity awareness.
  • Qualification and/or willingness to undertake training for Carbon Literacy.
