About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Operations professional to join our team at Walmart Global Tech. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our technology operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage technology operations teams to deliver high-quality services and support to customers.
  • Develop and implement technology strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology initiatives and projects.
  • Manage and optimize technology infrastructure and systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Walmart Global Tech remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technology operations, with a strong background in IT project management, technology strategy, and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality services and support to customers, with a focus on operational efficiency and cost savings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize technology initiatives and projects.
  • Experience with technology infrastructure and systems, including cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
