We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Technology Operations Specialist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our Ecommerce organization, you will play a critical role in building the future of omni-channel retail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to improve the search experience across multiple touchpoints, working closely with business, product, and engineering teams to prioritize and deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Develop strategic visions and compelling narratives to drive alignment and support across the organization, partnering with business, product, design, and engineering teams to create annual and quarterly strategies and priorities.
  • Own the process of defining key operating metrics, setting goals, and tracking progress, driving teams to create plans to ensure goals are met.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and business leads to solve intricate search problems, ensuring a customer-centric approach in execution.
  • Execute excellence by partnering with product, design, and engineering teams to define processes for creating quarterly product roadmaps, product reviews, monthly reviews, and analytics insights, aligning business and product stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
  • 6 years' experience in business/product management of technically complex products.
  • Strong analytical expertise, comfortable using data to glean insights, and experience creating operating metrics, setting goals, and holding teams accountable.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and experience contributing to designing technical architecture.
  • Adept at diving deep into search, including algorithms and technical details.
