Job Summary

We are seeking an Admission Attendant to join our Event Services Department. As an Admission Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting guests, providing directions, and ensuring a smooth event experience. This is an on-call position, and shifts will be assigned based on event activity and your availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests in a friendly and service-oriented manner
  • Take tickets and check badges/credentials of guests entering the event space
  • Assist guests with coat check services when required
  • Provide general information about Seattle Convention Center and downtown Seattle
  • Respond to questions and inquiries about daily event activities
  • Act upon concerns and/or complaints from guests
  • Assist in crowd management to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Experience in a service or hospitality environment (preferred)
Benefits
  • Competitive pay rates: $19.97/hour upon hire, $21.14/hour after 10 shifts
