Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in national accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants and prospective clients
  • Conduct discovery meetings and advance awareness of Prime's value proposition
  • Develop and present finalist meeting presentations and proposals
  • Manage internal stakeholders through the RFP selling process
  • Accountable for direct-to-employer bid deliverables
  • Partner with internal counsel and cross-functional stakeholders on contracting needs
  • Provide day-to-day work direction, mentoring, and support to sales development managers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field
  • 8 years of experience in business development, business-to-business sales, or sales support
  • Eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in business or a related field
  • Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management and/or Health Insurance
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $109,000 - $174,000 based on experience and skills
