- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants and prospective clients
- Conduct discovery meetings and advance awareness of Prime's value proposition
- Develop and present finalist meeting presentations and proposals
- Manage internal stakeholders through the RFP selling process
- Accountable for direct-to-employer bid deliverables
- Partner with internal counsel and cross-functional stakeholders on contracting needs
- Provide day-to-day work direction, mentoring, and support to sales development managers
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in business development, business-to-business sales, or sales support
- Eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Master's degree in business or a related field
- Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management and/or Health Insurance
- Competitive salary range: $109,000 - $174,000 based on experience and skills
