Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and personable Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our clinical teams, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and preparing correspondence.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient charts, treatment logs, and other administrative documents.
  • Assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of our facilities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in a medical setting preferred.
  • Excellent computer and clerical skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to type 60 WPM.
