Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team at FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage patient schedules and appointments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Process patient registration and demographic information
  • Handle patient billing and insurance inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. required
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality
