POSITION SUMMARY:
The Finance team at DICK'S Sporting Goods is not merely a group of individuals managing spreadsheets; we are essential partners in driving financial excellence for our colleagues, athletes, and stakeholders. Our role involves guiding strategic decisions, delivering insightful business analytics, and spearheading innovative initiatives.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct audits of store sales, which includes daily reconciliation of sales with system-generated reports, collaborating with store cash office staff to address discrepancies, validating deposit data, and investigating missing or rejected transactions while documenting necessary corrections and adjustments, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Manage accounts receivable for the Company's Store Charge Purchase Order and B2B gift card initiatives, address customer credit card disputes, resolve inventory and accounting challenges related to special orders, and perform daily cash balancing.
- Support management and colleagues with special projects and tasks as business needs evolve.
- Assist in onboarding and training new Sales Audit Associates.
- Monitor and report monthly metrics to management, emphasizing any discrepancies or issues identified.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
