About the Position

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Tufts University's Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. As a key member of our Clinical Sciences department, you will be responsible for teaching and supervising veterinary students and house officers, providing advanced referral and specialty diagnostic services, and engaging in research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and supervise veterinary students and house officers in diagnostic imaging
  • Provide advanced referral and specialty diagnostic services
  • Engage in research and scholarly activity
  • Participate in pre-clinical classroom and laboratory teaching
  • Develop and maintain a robust caseload
Requirements
  • DVM degree or its equivalent
  • Completion of an American College of Veterinary Radiology (ACVR) or European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging (ECVDI) approved residency
  • ACVR or ECVDI board-certification
  • Demonstrated ability and interest in actively pursuing research and scholarly activity
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
