Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for driving revenue growth? We're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at Doubletree by Hilton Fort Worth S Conference Center. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and exceeds sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
  • Plan and manage the sales budget to ensure alignment with hotel objectives
  • Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences, showcasing our brand and services
  • Drive revenue growth through cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as leveraging your professional network
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Proven sales experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a similar role
