About the Role:
- Establish and achieve monthly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers through the vehicle selection process
- Inspect and maintain the lot's vehicle inventory
- Assist in sourcing and trading used vehicles
- Ensure the lot is merchandised to maximize sales potential
- Report to the Sales Manager on sales objectives and activities
Requirements:
- Previous automotive sales experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to submit to a drug screen
- Outgoing and friendly demeanor, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn and use Microsoft Office and sales programs
