Job Overview

ALTO USA, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in creating safer communities by working closely with retailers, law enforcement, and prosecutors to prevent retail theft and promote store safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, law enforcement, and prosecutors to drive store reporting of criminal activity and support asset protection policies and procedures.
  • Visit multiple stores per day/week to collect police reports, evidence, and CCTV footage, and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients/stores.
  • Collaborate with the ALTO Legal Team and Law Enforcement partners to coordinate photo line-ups, evidence collection, and other investigative activities as needed.
  • Lead Store Safety Partnership Meetings with Law Enforcement for assigned stores and interact with multiple levels of retailers Operations and AP/LP Leadership on a continuous basis.
  • Provide in-person training on our technology platform and assist leadership in implementation and rollouts of special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Associate degree and/or a minimum of one year of retail customer service experience.
  • Self-driving work ethic with a focus on precision and details.
  • Dynamic, high-energy personality and passion to serve clients that creates a positive impact in the community while improving store safety.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Enjoys working with others and energized by change and variety.
  • Able to build partnerships and manage simultaneous projects.
