Job Title: Customer Experience Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Team Member to join our team at JMP Equipment Company. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office routine maintenance, including cleaning services, pest control, and landscaping.
  • Coordinate special services, such as HVAC repairs and carpet cleaning.
  • Order office supplies and handle all incoming and outgoing mail.

Assisting Sales:

  • Support sales teams as needed to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage CE bid board by entering projects and opportunity information and managing document storage.
  • Be able to assist in any phase of a job in CE.
  • Use critical thinking to recognize problems in the flow of a project and engage sales, JMP operations, and factories to get a solution.
  • Engage factories to get information, including ship dates, tracking, and stock.
  • Prepare submittals, IOMs, and warranty certificates for projects.
  • Quickly respond to quotes in CE.
  • Follow up on quotes in CE.
  • Process order entry.
  • Maintain customer contacts in CE.
  • Utilize factory websites and online connections to support sales needs – BAC Connect, B&G Rep website, CM solutions center, and business center.
  • Coordinate lunch and learns, including printing materials and ordering catering.

Requirements:

  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office products, email, and internet).
  • Time management.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
