Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at Southern Management Companies, LLC. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating incoming service requests, managing work orders, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate incoming service requests and manage work orders for resident requests, apartment turnovers, and scheduled maintenance
  • Communicate with vendors regarding scheduled work and ensure timely completion
  • Document Service Technician work hours and maintain accurate records
  • Build positive relationships with team members, customers, and vendors
  • Provide high levels of service to all customers and team members
  • Contribute to community/company engagement efforts
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of experience in clerical/data entry and office environment
  • Experience with Yardi software products a plus
