Job Overview

GCS Technologies seeks a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Microsoft Azure and Office 365 platforms.
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 deployment and migration.
  • Experience with Windows Server and Desktop OS, as well as MacOS and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with common desktop applications and VOIP solutions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Flexibility to work after-hours and participate in on-call rotations.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Advanced certifications in technical support and related fields.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies and scripting languages.
  • Knowledge of standard networking protocols and devices.
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
