Job Summary

GCS Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments.
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.
  • Track time and provide detailed troubleshooting notes.
  • Participate in after-hours support escalation rotation.
Desired Technical Knowledge

We are looking for individuals with intermediate knowledge of the following technologies:

  • Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 deployment and migration.
  • Windows Server and Desktop OS.
  • MacOS and Linux operating systems.
  • Common Desktop Applications.
  • VOIP solutions, such as Ring Central.
  • Common Networking/Internet Services.
  • Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft SQL.
  • Server Backup applications.
  • Virtualization Technologies.
  • Basic Scripting knowledge.
  • Standard Networking.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a help desk or network support position.
  • Possession of relevant certifications.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
