Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at NY HOTEL MANAGEMENT. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel front desk, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and maximizing hotel profitability.

Your primary responsibilities will include directing, implementing, and maintaining a service and management philosophy that sets the tone for our staff's behavior. You will also be responsible for communicating and enforcing policies and procedures, recommending disciplinary actions when necessary, and ensuring all staff is properly trained and equipped to perform their job functions effectively.

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in a similar position, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar position, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to speak fluent English. Other languages are preferred. Additionally, you must have the ability to perform the following tasks:
  • Frequently standing up behind the desk and front office areas
  • Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Handling objects, products, and computer equipment
  • Using a keyboard to operate various property management and reservations systems
