About the Role:
This position involves leading a team of front office staff, including training and development, scheduling, and performance management. You will also be responsible for managing the front office operations, including guest services, food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance. Additionally, you will foster positive employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office and ensure seamless delivery of guest services.
  • Manage and train front office staff, including supervising and evaluating their performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and financial data.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of front desk experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Familiarity with property management systems and computer software.

Salary:
The estimated salary range for this position is $42,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
