Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Digital Strategist to join our growing agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving social media strategy, marketing, content strategy, and paid social media. You will oversee the social media content production process for a brand, managing photoshoots or video shoots in collaboration with a creative team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions
  • Manage social media content production process, including photoshoots and video shoots
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content
  • Oversee paid social media campaigns, including creative optimization and reporting
  • Manage influencer marketing programs and campaigns
  • Attend special events and activations, both virtual and in-person
  • Travel periodically for content shoots, events, and other business needs
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in social media, agency setting or in-house
  • Solid foundation in driving social media strategy, marketing, content strategy, and paid social media
  • Strong understanding of social media measurement and how to tie results back to client and business goals
  • Experience managing 2-3 direct reports
  • Strong client service skills and experience
  • Ability to collaborate well with others, including IAT teams
