Job Title: Digital Strategist

We're seeking a Digital Strategist to support our rapidly growing and diversifying portfolio of digital business. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our Google clients, as well as consumer, corporate, and technology businesses from around the agency.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital/social strategies from concept to completion
  • Act as day-to-day lead with multiple clients across accounts
  • Provide strong counsel and recommendations for clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate with integrated agency teams to develop plans that meet client goals
  • Manage third-party relationships, including vendors and partners
  • Mentor and help develop junior-level team members
  • Draft client SOWs and Letters of Agreement for partnerships
  • Follow approval processes and legal requirements per individual client needs
  • Actively participate in new business opportunities
  • Manage social media presence at client events, including real-time monitoring and live content creation support
  • Draft industry award submissions on behalf of clients
  • Manage influencer programs from concepting to identification to contracting to execution and measurement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and present fresh, proactive ideas to clients
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media
  • Client management and account growth experience
  • Expertise across core digital and social channels, with a primary focus on Instagram, Threads, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience creating and executing social media strategies at brand and campaign levels
  • Understanding of how to read a brand book/VIS ID and evolve it for social
  • Experience working with measurement and analytics platforms
  • Development and management of influencer campaigns
  • Paid social media experience
  • Experience working with project management platforms like Monday.com
  • Video/photo production experience a plus
  • Experience in concepting or executing programs that leverage A.I. a plus
