Job Overview:

As a seasoned Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable Department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role. Your primary focus will be on managing the team, establishing and maintaining procedures, and aligning resources to meet business requirements.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the AR team in performing daily tasks and ensuring the accuracy of operations.
  • Develop and maintain A/R operating procedures and effectively communicate them to staff.
  • Align resources to work assignments and processes to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Identify and collect potential lost revenue through account auditing.
  • Drive process improvement to maximize productivity and minimize re-work.
  • Solve problems creatively, working collaboratively in a positive manner.
  • Provide effective and efficient management reporting, covering areas such as A/R Aging.
  • Communicate and coordinate accounting policies, practices, and procedures with department and company managers and officials, clients, and customers.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to A/R.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business from an accredited college or university.
  • Five years of Accounts Receivable experience.
  • Three years of supervisory experience.
  • Process orientation, analytical thinking ability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet short deadlines.
  • Proven critical thinking, complex problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making ability.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-driven, with the ability to identify, plan, and prioritize business opportunities.

As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical plans, dental, vision, and others. You will also be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. Occasional travel may be required for training and company functions.

Compensation: $70,000-$80,000
