Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at ASK Consulting in Columbia, SC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong human relations and organizational skills, and the ability to handle high-stress situations with good judgment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries.
  • Perform research as needed to resolve inquiries (65%) and ensure effective customer relations.
  • Accurately document inquiries (15%) and initiate or process adjustments as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve problems and respond to priority inquiries.
