Job Summary:
Volt Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Procurement Assistant to support the Indirect Procurement team with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience with procurement software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and upload contracts into the Ariba Contract Management Tool
- Purchase Order Processing
- Administrative tasks to support SAP/Procurement related projects (under the guidance and direction of buyers and/or managers)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 0-2 years' procurement experience required
- Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time
- Ability to keep information organized and confidential
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- SAP/Ariba and PowerBI experience is preferred but not required
