- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in creating and managing spreadsheets.
- Communication Skills: Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Independence and Judgment: Ability to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment and a strong work ethic.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, and at least four years of relevant accounting experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Great Plains and/or in a healthcare setting.
