Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Medical Policy Manager to join our team at Oracle Defunct. As a key member of our consulting services, you will be responsible for ensuring operational policies are followed and business objectives are achieved.

This role involves monitoring consultant activities and performance on projects, providing direction and coaching team members to ensure efficient and effective client delivery. You will also be responsible for fostering employee development and product refinement.
