Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • BA/BS in Business or related field preferred.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a regional director role with a senior housing company who specializes in continuum of care retirement communities.
    • LNHA - Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Demonstrates flexibility in work schedule, including availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays, as necessary.
    • Must be willing to travel and work remotely as needed.
    • Proven ability to complete projects accurately and within deadlines is essential.
    • Willingness to obtain future industry-required certifications and designations.
    • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain current automobile insurance.
    • Strong budgetary and fiscal management skills are required.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are crucial, given the need for direct interaction with multiple departments both within and outside the company.
    • Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
    • Demonstrates strong initiative, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on commitments.
    • Comprehensive understanding of state regulations governing assisted living.
    • Capable of mentoring, coaching, training, setting goals, and holding teams accountable for their performance.
