About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality medical care to seniors and individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive medical examinations to diagnose and treat chronic and urgent illnesses, minor injuries, and other health issues.
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed to ensure accurate diagnoses.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
  • Maintain up-to-date patient medical records in accordance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
Requirements
  • A valid state Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Current National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • No less than five years of nursing experience, with at least two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage daily workflow.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
