- Deliver direct and compassionate care to patients and residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
- Supervise daily activities performed by nursing assistants, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
- Confirm nursing personnel comply with facility policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and effective work environment.
To be successful in this role, you'll possess an Active RN license in the state of residence, Current/active CPR Certification, and excellent customer service skills.
