Compensation: $18.74/hour plus an additional $2.00 per hour shift differential for weekend shifts.
Available Shifts:
- Weekend Shifts: 2 daytime shifts, 1 evening shift (female only)
- Early Morning Shift: 6am-2pm (female only)
- Day Shift: 1 shift (female only)
- Evening Shifts: 9 shifts available (1 shift female only)
As a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a crucial role in fostering inclusive and supportive residential environments where individuals can thrive and reach their fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their quest for a fulfilling life. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting residents with daily living skills and household tasks such as meal planning, preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping.
- Assisting with personal care and administering medications.
- Providing transportation as required.
Work Schedule: We are seeking candidates to fill various shifts throughout the week and weekends in our homes.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
- Must pass a drug screening and background check.
- Ability to complete required training, including CPR, First Aid, and Certified Medication Technician.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and manipulate at least 50 pounds frequently, with occasional lifting of over 100 pounds.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pulling, and pushing.
- Ability to assist individuals with mobility, including transferring from chairs to vehicles and using lifting equipment.
