The Data Coordinator will work as part of a treatment team to administer and quantify treatment outcomes through periodic interviews with clients. This role is focused on client interactions through interviews at the beginning of a client's treatment episode, at a mid-point of their treatment episode, and at the end of their treatment episode to identify changes in their behavioral health symptomatology, effective treatment services, and overall program outcomes.

The primary responsibilities of this role include engaging with clients at distinct intervals, documenting interviews, completing data entry of outcome measures, and ensuring timely and appropriate billing documentation. The Data Coordinator will also work collaboratively with other members of the treatment team, including the Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Case Manager, and Psychiatric/Medical Team.

Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, current First Aid and CPR certification, and two years of experience in data collection and entry. Spanish-speaking is strongly preferred. In compliance with the California Department of Public Health's mandate, all employees must be able to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.

  • Hourly pay
  • Minimum hiring rate: $26.92
