Vice President Escrow Manager

  • Prepares annual budget for Escrow and including monthly flux analysis and bi-monthly reforecast
  • Controls expenses and reduces expenses where possible
  • Ensures monthly compliance for Escrow reporting and "on-time" reporting
  • Creates and maintains workflow tracking metrics
  • Communicates current tax reporting cycle progress and concerns via weekly Lender Conference Call and mainframe/e-mail Bulletin notifications
  • Coordinates pre-cycle data integrity strategies, such as Borrower Payment Option (BPO) audits, Wisconsin Installment audits, and Cook County IL PIN audits
  • Compiles and submits monthly DBF bill-back invoice fees to accounting
  • Supports LERETA Business Plan objectives
